Hemp Smoothie Bowl

Not only does it look instaworthy, this is the ideal brekkie to kick start your day. It's packed with protein, nutritious and super delicious so the ideal pre and post workout treat too.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop hemp protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 2 tbs hemp seeds toasted
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen
  • 1/4 cup blackberry yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries *to serve

Method

  1. Blend the bananas, frozen blueberries, milk, dates and hemp protein until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and serve topped with yoghurt, fresh berries, hemp seeds and bee pollen.
